We’ve made a few different variations of toasted sliders from time to time, but this might be our very favorite. Easy to prep and even easier to make big batches of, this is a simple and adaptable recipe to have in your repertoire.

Total time
Serves: 12 sliders
Ingredients
- 1 package (12 rolls total) small dinner rolls
- 6 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise
- 10 ounces deli sliced roasted turkey breast
- 1 package sliced muenster cheese (you will need about 7 or 8 slices)
- ¾ cup cranberry sauce
- ½ cup butter
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Slice dinner rolls in half to create a bottom half and top half of rolls, and arrange bottom halves in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly with mayo. Top with turkey breast evenly. Top with an even layer of cheese. Spread cranberry sauce over the top of the cheese, then replace top half of rolls.
- In a small saucepan over low-medium heat, melt butter. Stir in mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and poppy seeds. Spoon butter sauce over tops of prepared sandwiches. Cover pan with foil and bake for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Uncover and bake for another 3-5 minutes, until rolls are nicely toasted. Serve warm.
- Note: These can be prepped ahead of time. After assembling sandwiches and topping with sauce, cover with foil and place in fridge until ready to use later that day. You will need a little extra cooking time if sandwiches are placed in the oven when still cold.
