This isn’t even really a recipe, but is our favorite method for cooking hard boiled eggs. It is easy, reliable, and great for making large batches. We like to make some at the beginning of the week and then keep them for quick snacks throughout the week. Need lots of eggs for dying, for egg salad sandwiches, or deviled eggs? Try this method out!
Baked Hard Boiled Eggs
Ingredients
- 1-2 dozen eggs
- A bowl of ice water
Instructions
- Place eggs in a muffin or mini muffin tin and place in a cool oven. Turn the oven on to 325 degrees F and then cook for 30 minutes. When the eggs are almost done, get a bowl of ice water ready. When the eggs are finished, place them in the cold water. You can peel them when they are cool enough to handle or chill them completely and store in the fridge.
